Welcome back to Enterprise, this episode is written by Maria Jacquemetton and Andre Jacquemetton. I don't how many of you listen to the Nerdest Podcast.
The Nerdist - Chris Hardwick But they were talking about a game called Star Trek Timelines and I can't put it down. It has put me in a real Star Trek funk. You guys should all play it if you are fans of Star Trek. Ok, now that I'm done telling you about stuff that have little to nothing to do with this blog but hey whatever. Back to this episode. We start off with Trip and Phlox looking at artwork drawn by kids on Earth. T'pol is not amused. The Enterprise drops out of warp as they come across an undiscovered asteroid. Trip and T'Pol have dinner together and he clearly gets on her nerves. The relationship they will one day have is a far far way off. It turns out that the Asteroid has minerals that they could use so they decide to send a shuttle out. But before they get a chance Vulcans show up and tell the crew that they are investigating why the humans are interested in the comet. I love how much tension there is between humans and vulcans in this show. Something that none of the other shows in this universe ever had. Archer feels about Vulcans the way that Kirk feels about Klingons but I couldn't imagine him having one for a 1st officer. Reed and Mayweather are the ones who take the shuttle down to the surface. Trip reports to Archer that T'Pol is speaking to the Vulcans in private. They have Hoshi hack in and find out what they are talking about while Archer sends a message back to Earth. Once again we see just how different this show is than the ones that came before but take place after. During the questions Trip gets stuck with a question about human waste. He is not happy about it, this is one of the funner scenes of the show. I love the humor that always seems to happen at Trip's expense. Reed and Mayweather have decide to have some fun and build a snowman but get yelled out by Archer who doesn't want to look bad in front of the Vulcans. Hoshi unlocks the message and turns it over to Trip without reading it. Turns out the letter was a personal letter. He tells Archer and the two of them can't figured out why it was encoded. Trip decides that he has to tell T'Pol because it is the right thing to do. For a species that doesn't feel emotion she sure does get pissed at Trip for reading it. She makes him promise not to tell anyone what it was about. Archer is getting more and more annoyed about the Vulcans watching them so he asks T'Pol to invite them to dinner. He wants to show them that he has nothing to hide and then to send them away. It seems that T'Pol can't sleep due to a tenison headache. She doesn't want to tell Phlox what is wrong but he encourages her to talk to someone if she can. Reed and Mayweather finish their snowman and then blow it up so that they can start their drill. The dinner is not going well. The Vulcan doesn't seem to like Archer and keeps trying to make him feel like shit. Archer is clearly getting annoyed. Archer starts talking shit to the Vulcan but Trip tries to cut in and ease the tension a bit. Archer more or less kicks the Vulcan off the ship. It seems that the explosion that they used to start the drill changed the rotation of the asteroid. Reed and Mayweather only have two hours to finish their work and get off before it's too late. Trip is called into T'Pol room and she asks him what he thinks about the fact that her marriage is about to be called off. Trip doesn't seem to get prearranged marriage. She asks his advice and gets mad when he keeps insulting her people. He tells her that she should do what feels right to herself. He then points out that it seems like she made up her mind and ends the conversation. He tells her that it seems like she doesn't want to get married and leave the crew for a year and she is just looking for an excuse to stay. She doesn't like that answer much. While heading back to the shuttle Mayweather trips and falls, messing up his knee. Reed gets the core sample and helps Mayweather the long way to the shuttle, leaving the equipment behind. The sun starts to come up as they make their way. The Asteroid starts to melt. They don't have much time left. The whole thing is breaking apart. They make it inside as the ground falls out from under them. They crash inside the asteroid before they can take off and now they are trapped. Archer takes the helm of the Enterprise so that he can move the ship close enough for Trip to send the grappling hook. The Vulcans call and ask if Archer needs help but Archer sends them away, showing some of that Kirk pride. Only one of the hooks gets a hold of the ship. It isn't enough to pull them out. they are still stuck. They start to lose a hold of the shuttlepod and it falls back to the base of the Asteroid. They rotate out of the sunlight and it starts to freeze again. T'Pol talks Archer into letting the Vulcans using the tractor-beam to pull them out. Archer accepts their help, but only after T'Pol uses Trip's words against him. T'Pol decides to stay on the ship. Trip acts all smug about it. Seems the romance isn't as far off as I thought. The seeds are already showing. So last week I worked on my friend Diego's film, it was a lot of fun and I can't wait to see how it turns out. As soon as it is done I'll be sure to put up a link here to the finished project. As much as I love running my own sets I have to admit I have missed greatly being on someone elses set. Anytime Davis, Larry or Diego need help I'll be there because those guys are so much fun to work with and know what they want. It's always nice when the director has a vision and knows what they want. I hate to admit it, sometimes on set I worry too much about making sure everyone is happy and content that the work suffers for it a bit. It's something I am working on.
Now onto some of my own stuff. I am almost done with the horror Christmas movie. Finally got to the last act. As soon as that is finished I will start work on a new draft for Trapped in the Woods, pushing Relics back a bit. Me and Ashley want to start work on the film again, the down side is we lost most of the actors from last year so we will need to start from page one. It is a set back but not the end of the world. I spent most of today editing episode 12 of Blueroof Stories. It is the first episode with the new intro and the first time I color corrected an episode or put music under it. It really does make a world of difference. I can't wait to start editing the other four episodes. Blueroof Stories is back with a vengeance!!!! I can't wait for you guys to see the new episode, season 3 starts on Monday! Welcome to another episode written by the great David Greenwalt. It starts off with the trio of Scoobies watching a Bollywood film and trying to figure out the plot while a lone girl runs from a group of men in cloaks dressed up like monks. Is there any wonder why I love this show so?
Cordy practices laughing to impress a guy while Buffy and Willow walk and talk of guys, or well undead guys. Well one undead guy by the name of Angel. Cordy talks down on Xander, how he is beneath her and she only dates grown men. So why do they end up dating in a few episodes time? Oh Cordy, if only you knew what the future has to hold. Giles tries to make Buffy see how important it is for her to keep training more and more. If things are a bit slow around the hellmouth right now that is no reason to let up her work. It is time for her to work harder and get ready for whatever happens next. He tries to make her see how she has a purpose and that makes her special but she points out what again that she wants a nice normal life and none of this. She blows off the library as she is prone to do after school and meets up with Willow and Xander. Meanwhile Cordy practices her fake laugh and oh can you tell it is fake. Her college boyfriend has a friend who takes an intrest in Buffy and Cordy forces her to go and talk to him while Xander once more lets out his jealous side. Buffy isn't impressed by them, at least not until one of them starts to be all charming and what not and Buffy can't help but smile. He warmed his way into her heart. Buffy still turns the man down just as Giles calls her to train. He is not happy. She runs after him as Xander and Willow look on, wishing they had money and cars like those guys. Buffy finds a bracelet on the ground and Angel pops up out of nowhere. We see how much the two of them care about each other but Angel pushes her way. Telling her that it would be too hard for the two of them to be together. It would only cause them pain so Buffy storms off. The next day at school Cordy asks Buffy to go with her to the college party and Buffy says yes in order to get over how Angel treated her. Turns out the college kids are doing demon sacrifices underneath their fraternity. Xander tries to get Buffy put on patrol duty but she lies and tells Giles that her mother is sick and she can't go. Willow lectures her about the party and how it isn't good for her to go but Buffy doesn't want to hear it. She just wants to have fun, tho Cordy tells her that this isn't about fun, it is about helping Cordy find her place in the world. Xander decides to go to the party as well, in case there is an orgy. Cordy and Buffy make it to the party and Cordy still doesn't know how to drive. She can't park worth a damn, almost as bad as me. Almost the second they make it inside Cordy ditches Buffy and runs off with some guy, leaving Buffy standing alone against the back wall. Poor girl. A drunk guy tries to get a hold of Buffy but the guy who swept her off her feet at school shows up and asks her to dance at the last minute. After the dance she goes outside, if she had stayed inside she would have seen Xander carried off. The guy she was dancing with comes outside and finds her. The guy Cordy was with shows up and gives them each a drink. Buffy throws caution to the wind and takes a drink. Meanwhile Willow and Giles figure out that the bracelet went to a girl at the same school as the party. Xander is forced to wear makeup and wig as he dances for everyone, Buffy walks upstairs way too drunk off of one drink. She was drugged!! The creepy guy who was with Cordy walks in just as Buffy passes out on the bed, giving you a sick feeling in your gut like he is going to do something evil to her. Lucky the guy Buffy was with shows up and saves her, or well saves her from rape so that he can sacrifice her. Turns out that Cordy is knocked out right next to the bed. Willow and Giles find out that there are a lot of people missing and it is a year to the day that they went missing. Xander gets kicked out of the party, still in his wig and bra while Cordy and Buffy are tied up down stairs along with the girl who tried to escape earlier. Buffy's date is their leader and Cordy blames Buffy for everything. Giles and Angel try to figure out what to do with the information they have while Willow asks the important questions, how does Angel shave? Angel and Giles ignore her question and head to the fraternity but Willow cracks and tells them everything. Buffy's date starts saying a weird prayer and a snake demon comes out of the ground. His only goal is to eat the girls. Xander is in a robe and sneaks up on Angel, Giles and Willow who notices right away that Xander is still wearing makeup. Angel and Xander start fighting the guys upstairs while the snake goes after Cordy. Now how did Angel get in? Is it because it isn't a real house or what? Always confused me. Buffy breaks free and Willow cries out for a sword to help Buffy. Xander starts talking his problems out on one of the guys who made him wear lipstick. Buffy beats up her date and saves Cordy in the nick of time by killing the snake. Cordy thanks Angel for saving her instead of Buffy who is the one who saved her. Everyone heads upstairs but for Buffy and Giles. She apologizes and he surprises her by doing the same. It's a real growing moment for the two of them. Very sweet. The episode ends in one of the best ways possible. Jonathan is on a date with Cordy. Aw, how sweet!!! Oh and everyone from the fraternity, going back decades start losing everything. Seems Buffy messed up everything for them. Angel shows up at the Bronze to talk to Buffy and asks her for coffee. God i love this show! Welcome to the blog all about Sliders, this entry is all about the western episode written by Scott Smith Miller. A young boy is practicing shooting as the vortex opens and our heroes come sliding out. He sees the whole thing. They ask the boy where the nearest restaurant is and he gives them directions. They set off but not before Wade gives one of her famous anti-men lines.
It seems on this world San Fran is apart of Texas. As a Californian who moved to Texas let me just say that is a crying shame. It breaks my heart. In this bar we see that the stock market is shown above the bar. Quinn breaks up a bar fight and the man grabs Wade and pulls her in as a hostage. Quinn demands he let her go and the man tosses Quinn a gun, telling him he has till the count of three to draw. Quinn fires and kills the man in self-defense. The look on your face tells you how sick he feels about it. But honestly, what would you do? If it was me and I could either shoot or die, I'd shot and I'm sure most if not all of you would have too. The greatest instinct any living creature has is survival. Everyone seems to be celebrating Quinn who is in shock as the police show up. They arrest Quinn and we learn that lawyers use guns on this world to deal with conflicts. Arturo finally shows up as the police car drives away. A lawyer shows up to collect Quinn. The sheriff doesn't want to at first but the lawyer punks him out. Quinn is scared and who can blame him. Quinn is brought before the boss of the man who he killed. Quinn is confused and scared and offered a job. This is a weird world. Very weird indeed. Quinn calls to let Remy and the others know he is ok before going back to the lawyer showing him around. Even this new bar is giving Quinn cheers for killing the man. This world seems to love its murderers. A man calls out Quinn out in the middle of the bar. Seems he wants the job that Quinn was just offered. The lawyer showing Quinn around kills him instead, saving Quinn. If I were Quinn, I'd be counting down the seconds till I was off this messed up world. Quinn makes it back to the hotel drunk out of his mind. Everyone wants to kill Quinn and prove they are better than him. Wade tells Remy they need to get out of town first thing in the morning. We learn that the man who is trying to hire Quinn is also trying to steal the company from a woman who has a chip that is going to change computers forever. She needs help fast or she will lose everything. The guilt is starting to wash over Quinn and nothing he can do can change that. The damn kid from the beginning is already looking up to Quinn and thinks he is the greatest hero every. Wade tries to tell him that Quinn doesn't like killing but the kid doesn't want to hear it. The lady who has the chip, and also happens to be the mother of the boy goes to talk to Quinn once she finds out he isn't a gun swinger. She tells him that she is the one who killed the guy not Quinn. Just then that lawyer who saved him shows up and asks Quinn to go with him. She tells Quinn to play along. The two of them start shooting target practice and we see just how bad Quinn is at shooting. The lady asks Remy to sit in for her at a poker game, a poker game that controls her stock. She tells him just to fold every time. She can't afford anymore than that. This world is insane. Her attorney who was supposed to play poker for her was killed. Remy folds on a fullhouse. What the hell!! The police won't even look into the murder. They just send Wade away. What cowards. The law firms turns on Quinn, thinking he is working with the woman. They try to punk Quinn out but he bluffs his way out of the office. Thank God that worked otherwise he would have been dead. The lawyer who helped Quinn out gets fired for Quinn's action. Meanwhile Remy started playing for real and is cleaning house for the lady. Wade tells Remy to cash out. The rest of the table is not happy. A hostel take over is under way. Things are going down and fast. The kid keeps talking about how great Quinn is but they all just send him away. He calls Quinn a coward as he runs off. The kid steals Quinn's gun. She either has to give up the company or Quinn dies. That is when Wade notices that the gun is gone and they all chase after the kid who is nowhere to be seen. He walks into the bad guys office with his gun pulled out. He is ready to fire, he tells them who he is and why he is after them. Quinn shows up just in time and starts trying to talk the kid down. The kid listens and gives Quinn the gun just as the sheriff shows up. Once more Wade goes on a rant, this time against guns. Quinn gets ready to go up against the best gun in the east. Quinn is going to die. Everyone shows up to watch the showdown. Quinn takes off his gunbelt and the gunman says he is still going to shoot. Quinn then starts giving a speech to everyone. He then calls out the sheriff. The gunman is ordered to shoot but he won't do it. The boss pulls out his gun but the lawyer who helped Quinn before stands in the way. Others move into the way blocking Quinn from dying as well. Arturo opens the vortex. The Sheriff arrests the boss and the woman's company is saved. More so by the fact that Remy won her all that money for it. The Sliders made things better on this world. The boys are back and go over everything from the new Star Trek TV show to the deaths of Chyna and Prince.
I'm back to talk about one of the greatest shows of all time, Sliders! This episode written by Tony Blake & Paul Jackson starts off with the sliders landing on a new world where they will spend the next 3 days and 6 hours.
This world has women everywhere and the sliders don't really notice until a little girl brings attention to them. A group of women rush them and at first Remy thinks that it is because Remy is a star again but they quickly learn as they are arrested that that is not the case. Only Wade escapes. Arturo and Remy are loving this world but Quinn is worried that something is wrong, we learn soon that he is right. They are on a world where men are all but wiped out so the few that are left are put into camps and forced to breed. The Sliders will never be allowed to leave the breeding center. A random man decides to help them escape, his sister and wife are planning a break out for him and for whatever reason he invites the sliders along. His sister storms the camp and the police give chase as the sliders and random man go over the wall. They make it back to the house and relax a bit while they wait for Wade to show up. She is at the hotel where women are lined up just waiting to get on a list to breed with a random man. She gets a call telling her where to meet with them and the police over hear. Wade makes it to the house and at first pretends not to have the timer giving everyone a heart attack. She pulls it out and everyone has a good laugh, at least till the cops show up. They escape but only get s far before the cops find them again and capture Quinn and Arturo. The others get away. I love this episode so much, it always reminds me of a scifi channel movie that I saw when I was kid. It came out around the same time and was called the last man on planet Earth. If you guys like this episode check it out. A random lady saves Quinn from being taken by the cops and takes him back to her house. No sign of Arturo and the Sliders only have a couple of hours left until the slide. She shows him a flyer showing that he and his friends are still wanted so Arturo, while not with the others hasn't been arrested either. It seems that the Australians must have him. Wade and Remy have to break in and slide out from there. The only problem with their plan is that Quinn is not there like they think he is. Arturo is being prepped to send to Australia and one of the soldiers wants some alone time with him. Wade dresses Remy as a woman so that they can go outside but he won't save his stash, can't say I blame him. I hate being clean shaven. The man who got them out of the center is waiting, most likely to turn himself in to save his wife. Poor guy, all of his problems come from the fact that he decided to help the Sliders out. He didn't have to and maybe shouldn't have. Arturo gets Wade's attention and she demands to see Arturo and Quinn, they learn that Quinn isn't there. The Australians get ready to ship the three of them back home but Wade promises that she can get them the all-star American breeder. Meanwhile Quinn is having no luck finding his friends. The lady asks Quinn to father her child and he says that he doesn't want to father a child that he will never see. Something that as a bastard myself I can understand. Wade tells the man who helped them that she can free his girlfriend and keep him free as well. Wade and her damn plans. She makes a deal with the cop and fed, her friends for the all-star, she also tells them that the all-star is about to be given a virus so he can't breed anymore so their hands are tied. Wade then tricks both sides into meeting under the bridge. The other catch to Wade's plan was the wife being freed. The trade is almost done but Wade isn't there and no Quinn either. The man takes off running into the van where Arturo and Remy were sitting. Turns out that Wade stole disabled the cops van and showed up with her own. Everyone is together but Quinn. They head to the spot they told him to meet them and there he is. She opens the vortex and drives through it. Quinn jumps in after them just as the cops show up. The man who saved them and his wife are on a new world now where they can be happy and not have to worry about being split up. The episode ends on the lady who helped Quinn smiling and looking at a picture of her husband. Did Quinn try and give her a child? We will never know but I think he might have. It would have been nice seeing as it is the only chance she will ever have of having one. Here we go with episode 4 of young Hercules that takes place after episode 5 of young Hercules because, Fox. This episode was written by John Loy. Lilith is already in good with Herc,, Jason and Iolaus, dispite the fact that her first apperence is in the next episode. Only Fox.. The cadets have planned a big party for everyone at Kora's. Everyone heads down to her inn while Iolaus stays and waits for the money. A gang waits for this moment to rob the place, and they aren't just any gang, they are Iolaus's old gang. They capture Lilith and Iolaus as they get ready to steal all the school's money. Lucky Herc and Jason see them. Jason runs for help as Herc goes in to distract them.
Herc takes out one of them as Jason returns with the rest of the class. The gang locks themselves inside and secure the building, luckily Herc already made it inside. They tell Jason if he comes inside they will kill Iolaus and Kora, Jason agrees not to come inside. The gang is getting restless, they are worried about how they are going to get out of there. The gang moved the three hostages to different rooms. The third hostage is the money man for the school. The leader of the gang reminds Iolaus of how he saved him back in the day and that he owes him. Iolaus is torn but isn't torn to the point of betraying his friends. Herc tries to give him a warning but Iolaus almost blows it. Herc tells him what to say and he says it. The bad guys now think that Iolaus is on their side. We learn that as they escape out of the back they plan to light the school on fire. Iolaus tries to stall but they don't give him the chance. The gang wants to split up the money but now it is all gone and Herc goes to save Lilith. They take out another gang member. Lilith goes to warn Jason about the fire and the gang now learns that someone is inside the school. They know that Iolaus sold them out. Turns out that the other prisoner is gone as well and the only one they still have is Iolaus. The gang calls out to Herc and tells him that it is the money for Iolaus's life. Jason readies the men while the gang splits up looking for Herc and asking Iolaus why he picked this school over the gang. They tie Iolaus up as and get the school ready to burn to the ground. They plan on killing him. They use to be friends but it seems that means nothing anymore. Herc takes out another gang member and signals the others to come in. He then takes on the gang. He is out numbered and drops the fire. The school starts to burn as he takes on the gang and Jason leads the others inside. Iolaus is seconds away from burning to death. Hercules saves him at the last moment while Jason and the others continue the fight. Jason captures the leader as they put out the fire. He tells Iolaus that he owes him and Iolaus tells him he doesn't owe him a thing. Hercules returns the money but counts it this time so that they don't have to wait forever and can get to the damn party. Another fun episode. That's why I love this universe so much. It's fun and doesn't take itself so seriously. It knows what it is and enjoys itself. I know that I have been away for some time. Things have gotten crazy around here, that is the truth my friends out there in the Blueroof nation. But I have not forgotten you or the many tasks I have set out for us. Most of my time has gone towards the Christmas Horror movie that I'm writing but I'm back and the goal is to be daily as I was when I started.
The episode we come back on is a favorite if for no other reason than it allows us to meet Jonathan, the man who would one day bring us Empire, such a great show! But this review isn't about Empire, it is about a far greater show. Buffy the Vampire Slayer, the second season is when things really started to get rolling and here we have their take on the mummy story written by Matt Kiene & Joe Reinkemeyer. As the episode starts out we learn that the school is having a foreign exchange program where students from Sunnydale High are having people from all over the world come to stay with them for awhile. Buffy is against it right off the bat but Xander thinks it sounds fun, at least until he finds out that it is going to be a man staying with Buffy. Then Xander goes away and Jealous Xander from episode one returns. Oh didn't we miss him so? The students are on a field trip to an old museum where we see a mummy looking all mummified and also meet the school bully who Willow seems to be friends with. Over the high school years we see how Willow always befriends the assholes, they like her because she helps them pass their classes. The bully tries to steal a seal off the mummy but it brings her to life and she wastes no time in killing him. Giles doesn't want Buffy to go to the school dance, he feels that it will distract her but she forces the subject till he agrees. Xander asks Buffy to go to the dance with him and Willow so that it isn't a date, Willow walks in unheard by the two of them as Buffy asks if Xander thinks about Willow sexually and he says no. Willow is hurt but plays like she didn't hear him. She tells them the bully is missing and Xander jokes that he woke the mummy. They go to check on the mummy and find the seal broken. They are about to leave when they are attacked by a mystery man. He takes off as quickly as he showed up. Willow notices that the mummy has braces. They now know that mummy killed the bully and left him for dead. Buffy goes to find her new exchange student. He is alone at the bus stop as a girl voice calls out to him, a scary looking mummy girl pops up out of nowhere and kisses him. A beautiful walks out when the Scoobies arrive and Xander is smitten the second he sees her. None of them question the fact that the boy is a girl. Well but for Willow who is jealous of how Xander looks at her. Xander is a bit of a racist. Talking to her like a stupid child when she clearly talks English just fine. the two of them hit it off swell. After Willow and Xander leave Buffy and the mummy start to bond. Buffy suspects nothing and the mummy seems very excited to be here in this new place. she wants nothing more than to fit in. The mystery man is standing outside the window watching them. Cordy doesn't like the exchange student that she was stuck with but lucky she is dating the singer of a band. What band? It is called Dingoes ate my Baby, the lead guitar is none other than Oz!!!! We finally meet one of the coolest characters in the buffyverse, the soon to be werewolf who steals Willow's heart and then breaks it. Giles asks the mummy to translate the seal and she tells him it has something to do with bodyguards. Buffy has to stay to help Giles so she tries to ask Willow to hang out with the mummy but Xander breaks in and takes the mummy away. Willow is heartbroken. Xander and the mummy hit it off and flirt hardcore up on the bleachers. Giles figures out that the mummy steals the life force of people right as Xander the mummy are attacked by the mystery man. They go back to the library and she begs them to destroy it but the mummy freaks out and storms out. Xander tries to cheer her up but it isn't working. Willow tells her to take the mummy to the dance as a date. Xander tells her that she is his best friend. Xander asks her out and she agrees, he then checks to make sure she isn't a bug, hey he is close. While in the restroom the mummy kisses the mystery man and steals his life force. Afterward she looks older but no one on the show notices, maybe its just me. She also says that she is in love with Xander, aw yay! Xander found love with yet another demon. Or close to it. The mummy tells Buffy not to unpack her stuff, she doesn't want Buffy to see that the stuff belongs to a man, lucky for the mummy Xander shows up at the door just then. Xander is dressed up as a cowboy. Buffy is shocked Willow isn't there but there is no denying how much the two like each other. The great part of this episode is how both Buffy and the mummy were called to great important tasks when all they wanted to do was live normal lives. Buffy sacrifices her normal life for the greater good while the mummy tries to sacrifice others for her normal life. We see how different the two of them all despite being the same. At the dance we see the beautiful Cordelia Chase in her sexy outfit and Willow dressed as an eskimo. Buffy and Giles figure out that she is a mummy and even how to beat her meanwhile Oz spots Willow from across the room and falls for her in a second. Sweet sweet love. One of my favorite couples on this show. The mummy takes Jonathan who finally shows up, into the back room and is about to kiss him when Xander shows up. She wanted to kiss him instead of Xander because she didn't want to hurt Xander, she needs one more life to be made whole. She kisses Xander and starts to drain his life but pushes him away. She loves him and can't hurt him. Meanwhile Giles puts the seal back together. She senses it and runs off to stop him while Buffy finds Willow and the two of them go off to find Xander, just in time for Oz to miss his chance to talk to Willow, poor guy. The three of them rush off to go help save Giles. He finishes the seal but she breaks it again and is about to kill Giles when Buffy shows up and stops her. The mummy is about to kill Willow when Xander stops her, he tells her the only one she can kill is him and she tries but it has been too long and she turns to dust. The day is saved and no one feels like they have one. Buffy tries to relate to what the mummy went through but Xander points out how Buffy isn't like her, Buffy is a hero. Such a great episode!! But don't take my word on it, go watch it yourself! Ashley brings back up her favorite topic, the cannibal cop from New York.
