What's up Blueroof Nation? I have some exciting news! If you subscribe to Carbot animation over on Youtube than you no doubt have seen their Star Craft cartoons. One of the funniest cartoons I've ever seen. I have wasted many many hours that I should have spent writing watching them. Well now they have an Indie go go campaign to make a mod to Star Craft 2 using their animations. You can watch the promotional video on their youtube ch. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xmaPTrQ6CE&list=PL1662B84F6BBAA7DE or just go donate! https://www.indiegogo.com/projects/the-starcrafts-mod#/story. I'm a big believer that anytime someone tries to be creative and express themselves through art we as a community should do our best to support them.

The day has come at last! Jonathan and Ashley finish I love the 90s! What to do now?
The past few months have been an extremely trying time for me. Giving everything I have to different projects and not having them received the way I would have hoped. It's not so bad that people didn't understand them but the way they attacked them. Belittled them and how the people who helped me create them jumped ship so fast. It's easy for people to join in mocking someone who pours their heart and soul into a project when they invest nothing in it themselves. It took a toll on me and made me do some hard thinking about my life and where I'm going. The love and hate I'm getting now is nothing compared to what it will be like on a world stage. Can I handle it? Can I take the pain and turn it inward? Can I use it to push forward and keep making projects? Keep being me? The answer is yes. If people don't like what I create than that's on them. I like my work and it makes me feel alive making them. You can't let other people bring you down. You can't change who you are to make other people happy.
At long last the original three return to the mics to give you all the latest comic, tv and movie news.
The biggest trick perpetrated on the modern generation is that you can be taught art. You spend tens of thousands of dollars and they tell you that nothing you do is valid if it doesn't fit into their tight square box. What they don't understand is that art doesn't fit into a box. It's unique, one of a kind just like the people who create it. After all what is art other than an expression of who you are and how you feel? That isn't something you can learn, it's something you either have or you don't. Teachers can't tell you that because than how will they get paid? What will they do for a living? Next time a teacher tells you that your art doesn't fit into their view of what is the correct form, just remember that "those who can do and those who can't teach."
Jonathan and Ashley finish up 1997 before diving into 1998! The year they can't agree on!
Diego returns as Lawrence takes a week off. Jonathan and Diego take a break from talking about comics to dive into TV shows.
Clean Jeans is back with the first half of 1997. They detour from the episode to defend the honor of Joss Whedon and to talk about Texas Frightmare Weekend.
Devaughn sits in for Diego as the gang talks about the new Avengers movie.
