Sleep use to be something that ran away from me. The harder I tried to find it the more it would run away from me. Leaving me a tired useless mess. Now it seems that sleep has a hold on me that I can't seem to shake.
I have alarms set off like crazy to wake me up and I just sleep through them. This whole sleeping thing is really starting to be a problem. How do I shake this? How do I get back to the sleeping 2 or 3 hours a day? That was a really nice way to live. I always got so much work done when I was on that schedule.
I don't know if it is just the stress that has my sleep all broken but I am working really hard on relaxing. On not letting things get to me anymore. Hopefully it works.
