The hard part

The hardest part of getting any project done is having to get people to help you out. That is the problem with films. I have a lot of people who always tell me they want to help out so I plan things around them, write them scripts and set everything up and then they flake out on me at the last minute. It's a pain and annoying. Even more so when it is your really good friends who do it to you. They get on your case about not finishing projects and then when they agree to help you out on projects they despair on you. Can you say Irony?

I find it funny that when your friends need you they expect you to be there and help them out, but when you need them where are they? Making up reasons why they can't help you. Even when you jump through hoops to make the project fit within their requirements they just stop responding. And people wonder why you don't finish more projects, well the truth is whenever your closest friends mess you over how likely are you to keep trying and make something? If you can't trust your friends when they say they are going to help who can you trust?
